British Marine Surveyor Phil Duffy is a member of the International Institute of Marine Surveyors. Phil offers all types of Marine Surveys from small craft, both sail & power to Super Yachts throughout France from Brittany to the French Riviera and throughout Europe. Surveys are carried out for Pre Purchase, Damage Inspections as well as Condition & Valuation Surveys for insurance and finance purposes. New build supervision is a specialty with a critical eye to detail, both cosmetic & engineering from a Super Yacht Captain with 30 years marine experience.

All training courses are taught by Capt. Phil Duffy who along with his seagoing experience on vessels from small boats to Super Yachts is a Marine Surveyor and has over twenty years of teaching experience. 'Quality Training' by an experienced and knowledgeable tutor!
For a limited number of weeks we provide a fully inclusive training week in a luxury villa 30 mins from Cannes set in the Provence hills.
The week includes a 5 day RYA theory course, VHF course, accommodation, fine food, wine, and all airport transfers. Partners welcome to explore the area and enjoy some winter sunshine! The villa location has stunning views over the bay of Cannes offering a great vantage point to take a 'sun' sight! Why do your shore-based course anywhere else!
